Mini Key Lime Pies
Only 6 ingredients!
These remind me of summer!
Ingredients:
- 9 graham cracker sheets, crushed/blended OR 1 ¼ c graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz
- ⅓ c sour cream
- 1-2 limes (6 tbsp juice and the zest)
- Optional- whipped cream
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter
- Press the mixture into a greased mini muffin tin (there will be enough to fill the whole tin
- Mix the sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and lime zest
- Pour a little of the mixture into each cup
- Bake for 5-7 minutes (you do not want to brown these, just get the edges to bubble)
- OPTIONAL - top with whipped cream more lime zest
