Healthy, Creamy Salad Dressing
A great healthy meal to whip up for lunch!
I wanted to make a healthy salad dressing that anyone could make with what they had in the fridge/pantry, so here it is! This is a super simple way to eat tasty, real food that you make at home, in a snap.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp non fat greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar (i like white wine vinegar, but use whatever you have)
- 1 tsp sugar
- s&p
- a splash of water to thin the dressing
Mix up all the ingredients and pour over your greens and veggies!
