Cracked Pepper Pork Tenderloin

This is a great recipe for making something fast that tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen!
Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil + extra for searing
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt and lots of fresh cracked pepper
- 1/2 cup white wine or chicken stock
Instructions:
- Add the tenderloin, mustard, oil, garlic, oregano, and s&p to a ziplock bag and place in fridge for 15 mins to overnight
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- In an oven safe pan (like a dutch oven), on high heat, add some oil.
- Then add the pork and sear on all sides.
- Add the wine and put the pan in the oven.
- Bake for 15-25 mins, until the temp of the center of the meat is 150 degrees.
- Let the meat rest 5-15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve and top with the pan juices (these are gold!)
